Villa 3 is a luxury villa in southern Crete, located just 150 meters from the beach, majestically overlooking the small, untouched village of Kalamaki on the island’s southern coast. The villa is in a secluded location with an incredible and unobstructed view of the Libyan Sea.

Villa 3 is a modern, bright, and spacious luxury villa with a minimalist design, set on a 1,400 m² plot. It can accommodate 2-4 guests within 120 m² of living space. The villa is furnished with beautiful, handpicked pieces where Mediterranean charm meets modern luxury. The entire villa is equipped with underfloor heating.

The upper floor features two exquisite and comfortable 20 m² bedrooms with King-Size beds (1.60 x 2 m), cotton bed linen, and a satellite TV in each room. Additionally, there is a spacious 15 m² bathroom with a washing machine, dryer, hydro-massage shower, sink, toilet, and a balcony with a lounge set. All rooms are air-conditioned.
