Phaistos Villas is a unique complex of three independent luxury villas, with high aesthetics, and authentic Cretan hospitality. Built amphitheatrically in the village of Sivas, with panoramic views over the Messara Valley and the Libyan Sea, the villas combine traditional architecture with modern luxury amenities.

All three villas are nearly identical, making them ideal for large groups or friends who wish to stay close together while enjoying their own private space.

The outdoor areas are shared among the villas and include a large central swimming pool available to all guests.

The Complex-Kastalia

Villa Kastalia, which can sleep up to six people, is a two-storey stone house, built with local material in a traditional way.

The two bedrooms are situated on the top floor. The exceptional high, wooden beamed ceilings and the thick stone walls provide a cool and relaxing environment. On the same floor there is a modern spacious bathroom with shower facility.

The ground floor has a fully equipped open planned kitchen with a spacious and traditionally decorated dining and sitting area.
