Detached luxury holiday villa in a very quiet top location in traditional architecture made of natural stones. Villa Inia is located in southern Crete on a hill on the outskirts of the village of Pitsidia on a 8000m² plot close to Kosmos Beach. Unobstructed fantastic view of the sunset in the Libyan Sea and the Ida Mountains. The infinity pool (45 m²) with counter-current system and adjoining jacuzzi/children’s pool also has sea views.
With 150 m² of interior space and 4 terraces on 370 m², it offers plenty of space for eight adults.

The terraces with sun loungers are partly covered and offer sufficient shade. On the upper and lower floors there are also terraces with comfortable seating that invite you to relax or meditate. In the basement you will find 2 hammocks.

It has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, 2 ensuite bathrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet. In the kitchen you will find a dining area for 8 people and on a terrace for 10 people. The beautiful outdoor area, set in natural stone, offers enough space for your relaxation and activity.

You can expect individually designed furniture made of pure natural wood. A local artisan has individually designed each bathroom.
