The comfortable Villa Psili is located on a hill surrounded by olive trees, above the small village of Pitsidia near Matala on the southern coast of Crete. The 3000 sqm property impresses with its stunning view of the Libyan Sea and the Lefka Ori – the “White Mountains” of Crete, whose peaks remain snow-covered until spring. The 360° panoramic view of the breathtaking nature alone makes the house a place of relaxation and tranquility.

After a renovation and complete re-furnishing in the spring of 2018, Villa Psili now offers its guests several design highlights: a stylish sofa landscape, a flat-screen TV, a Bose sound system, an open kitchen with a rustic wooden table and vintage leather furniture, as well as an outdoor chill-out area with Acapulco chairs for sunset cocktails. On the upper floor, a large sleeping nook with panoramic windows invites guests to relax with a sea view.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, which both cools in summer and warms on colder days, as well as an additional wood-burning stove for the winter months. For larger groups or families, the “Astoria” guest house (4 sleeping places) can be rented additionally. It is located on the upper part of the property and features two bedrooms, a living/dining area with a small kitchenette, and a large outdoor terrace with panoramic views.
